Jharokha Backup is a private application operated by its owner for their own use. It is not offered, sold or licensed to any other person and has no other users.

2. No service to third parties

No account can be created and no data belonging to any other person is processed, so no service is rendered to, and no obligation is owed to, any third party.

3. No warranty

The application is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and its output is not advice of any sort.

4. Google API use

Use of Google APIs is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy and is limited to the drive.file scope, as set out in the privacy policy.
